Formation Registration

Follow these steps to register your child for Faith Formation.

Update your family information on the My Household page. Add any additional members as necessary. (This requires you to Login or Create an account).
Download the Information Package from the DRE.
Go to the Faith Formation Event Registration page. Complete the form and pay online. You will receive a confirmation email.
